La chambre et les salons étaient très beaux et le petit déjeuner était parfait avec du jus d’orange frais digne d’un 5 étoiles. Personnel très agréable et bienveillant également

Tout était parfait. Personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, emplacement près du port et du centre. Chambres propres et grandes.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent même si les œufs brouillés vers la fin du petit déjeuner ressemblait davantage à des omelettes mais tous le personnel était au petit soin, tout le monde était adorable en particulier Davide au petit déjeuner ! Un séjour de rêve, bravo à Gisella qui dirige très bien l’établissement !

Un côté un peu anachronique, avec portier et des dorures. Chambre très confortable et silencieuse. Idéalement situé.
Et une mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner, digne d’un repas de fête.
Personnel charmant, un lieu où l’on reviendra !

Refait à neuf mais en gardant son âme. Très confortable et propre.
Très bien placé en plein centre.
Le personnel est très serviable et souriant. De plus la chambre était non annulable mais nous avons dû déclamer et ils ne nous ont pas pris un centime de plus.
On recommande fortement.

Bonne connexion depuis l’aéroport en bus. Il vous dépose sur la place devant la boutique Prada. Vous n’êtes plus qu’à quelques centaines de mètres de l’hôtel.
Il est très bien situé par rapport au centre historique et possède de très bon restaurants tout autour.
Quant à l’hôtel, bien entretenu et plein de charme, son personnel est très accueillant et toujours prêt à vous aider.
Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

They had our room ready for us early. Staff were very helpful . The breakfast was really amazing. Loved the faded grandure of the place. silver cutlery embossed with ‘hotel grand wagner ‘. Every morning out room was cleaned, and beds were made. Each evening beds made again after siesta . The beds were very comfortable.

From start to finish, our 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Wagner in Palermo was excellent. The staff at the hotel was exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The hotel’s decor is classy, the rooms are comfortable, and the bar area is stunning, oozing quintessential class unique to Italy. May I ever return to Palermo, I know where I will be staying.

La nostra prima volta a Palermo l hotel Wagner e’ in centro in una strada silenziosa anche di notte le camere sono con arredi e fregi d’epoca ben mantenuti e il personale e’ sempre presente gentile e disponibile la sala della colazione all ultimo piano ha una bella vista sulla città ed ha tutte le varietà di cibo disponibile dal dolce al salato e il personale addetto alla colazione e’ gentilissimo disponibile e discreto ..in particolare Davide e’ lo spirito e la quintessenza dell ospitalità della Sicilia …dopo la prima mattina si ricordava le nostre ordinazioni a memoria e di hotel ne ho visti ma con un servizio cosi ne ho trovati solo due quindi complimenti ! Quando torneremo a Palermo verremo con grande piacere da voi a soggiornare !

A really enjoyable experience at the hotel. We stayed two nights to begin our tour of Italy.
The rooms were well air conditioned to battle the heat outside. Bar staff were attentive and drinks service good.
Breakfast buffet selection was excellent with plenty of cold and hot choices each day.
Bathroom clean and bedroom comfortable- and chocolates delivered to our pillow side each night!
The staff were excellent and happy to help with anything.

After hopping on the train from the airport to Palermo Centrale and then riding Bus 101 we arrived at Hotel Grand Wagner. We were enthusiastically greeted by the very efficient bellman who eased us through checkin then familiarized us with our room. The hotel is old fashioned with beautiful decor. The room and bathroom were spacious and immaculate and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel is a short distance from Teatro Massimo and the rest of the sites are totally walkable. I can’t say enough about their amazing variety and quality of food at breakfast along with their staff who were extremely friendly and efficient. At the end of our stay another bellman made checkout a breeze and arranged for a taxi to the bus station (the bellmen in this hotel are super!). I would definitely stay here again if I return to Palermo.

This old style hotel harps to a bygone era. Hotel maids wear old fashioned uniforms and all staff greet you with a smile. We were impressed with the service we received from Davide at breakfast each morning.
The stained glass windows, marble staircase and ornate trims, ornate doors and furniture are to be appreciated. For us, it makes for a nice change from the usual modern hotels we opt for.
Breakfast is ample with sufficient selection for a 5 star hotel.
Location can’t be beat as it close to restaurants, shopping and everything else Palermo has to offer.
We will definitely be back on our next trip to Sicily.

Struttura finemente decorata, lo stile particolare la rende affascinante ed unica. La posizione centralissima a Palermo. Personale di sala estremamente cortese, un plauso al Signor Davide ed alla sua professionalità. Aree comuni finemente decorate e spazi puliti.

Un albergo all’altezza della sua fama, dall’accoglienza, alla pulizia, servizio di colazione impeccabile, Mohusin e Davide due persone speciali.

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale, con una menzione speciale per Davide, il responsabile della sala colazione. La posizione dell’albergo è strategica, perfetta per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni turistiche. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo, bagno spazioso e confortevole. Colazione abbondante e curata servita in un bel salone all’ultimo piano.

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo bellissimo e storico hotel. La posizione è centralissima, a pochi passi dal teatro Massimo e dal Politeama. Camere accoglienti e pulite, personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Un ringraziamento particolare a Davide che, con la sua professionalità e galanteria, ha reso la colazione piacevolissima.

Ottima posizione, hotel molto pulito e molto curato nei dettagli. Colazione di ottima qualità e personale meraviglioso oltre che molto professionale. Ottima qualità dei letti e dei prodotti di igiene personale. Camere molto silenziose. Purtroppo non si possono dare 10 stelle, le merita tutte
